Mr. Loehr is a successful entrepeneur and businessman who owns and operates five corporations in Texas under the DCAS, Inc. umbrella. Mr. Loehr has an impressive track record of selecting start-up organizations that are able to emerge into market leaders in their niche.

Larry Wubbena, President

Larry Wubbena is a forty year veteran of the information technology business. Mr. Wubbena launched DCAS Software Solutions shortly after his departure from IBM. Mr. Wubbena spent over twenty years at IBM progressing from a software developer to an information systems architect. Mr. Wubbena's area of focus at IBM was the design, deployment and ongoing support of mission critical financial network infrastructures.

Mr. Wubbena designed, deployed and managed financial systems that required the highest level of security and availability operating 24 X 7 X 365. Mr. Wubbena's work includes:

Credit card and check processing applications
Networks and systems to support the online banking infrastructure for the likes of MBNA, and First Tennessee.
ATM applications and systems, networks and overall systems for processing all types of financial transactions.
Secure applications for online check and credit card processing.
